|
ActiveFX is CO2 laser skin resurfacing
for the active person. It is a single treatment that provides
significant results. The main advantage compared to standard CO2
laser skin resurfacing is the decreased downtime and aftercare,
only 4 to 5 days.
The CO2 laser is used to vaporize lines, wrinkles, scars, dark
spots, and other irregularities, layer by layer. It stimulates
the formation of new, underlying collagen to provide elasticity
and support for the skin.
DeepFX is CO2 laser skin resurfacing for treating scars
and dermal lesions. Deeper wrinkles and scars have a dermal
component and are most effectively treated by penetrating deep
into the problem areas. Higher percentage of untreated skin
enables quicker healing. It stimulates the formation of new,
underlying collagen to provide elasticity and support for the
skin.
TotalFX works by applying CO2 laser energy in a narrow,
scanned beam. This creates tiny columns of thermal damage that
penetrate deep into the dermis and stimulate the growth of new
collagen. The energy is applied in a "fractional" way so that
untouched tissue surrounds each of the tiny columns of thermal
damage, accelerating the healing process.
